Spokane and Coeur d’Alene Blower Door Testing – $200

Keeping up with building energy codes is important! Depending on your county or jurisdiction you may be required to have a blower door inspection upon completion of building a home. We are a PTCS certified company and also are certified through the WSU energy program for the WSEC. Any builder must have this completed or the inspection will not pass for the certificate of occupancy.

Duct Leakage Testing is also available for $250, or book both services for $300. This is required for ductwork in unconditioned spaces.
